Basically these animated exercises are little different from gym workouts because gym fitness exercises require use of equipment but don’t worry you don’t need to buy any gym equipment for our 10 days workout gym fitness plan.

Our workout plan contains many home exercises which will be useful for you to build a healthy and attractive body further it has complete 10 days workout plan and diet plan. Weight loss would be main focus of our workout plan also you can build six pack through abs workout plus strengthen your shoulders by using shoulders workout using these gym workouts. You don’t need a gym trainer our app will guide you all the exercises to perform these gym workouts. Animated graphics and detailed descriptions are going to be your gym trainer

You would be able to build your muscles through our different abdominal exercises or bodyweight routines. It has legs workout, arm triceps workout, squat workout, push up workout, chest workout, plank exercise, and abs workout to shape six pack etc. Except from these muscle exercises side lunges, back workout and butt workouts will also help you keep fit.

Our fitness plan has four levels of fitness:

First 2 days will be considered as beginner level and those would contain push up workout, legs exercises & abdominal exercises along with chest workout. Next 3 days are intermediate level days and those will include side lunges, plank exercise, Body Weight Squat workout, muscle building back workout, leg press legs workout, side twists and butt workouts. Day 4 is a rest day. Lastly there is going to be advanced muscle exercises and expert fitness exercises to build an attractive and muscular body.
